This is a greenware wind chime that is also being fired right now. It is Inuit design of a killer whale.

Buddha Sun
Nicknamed Jabba the Hut by my best friend (ahem) Andrea, this is an impromptu version of The Buddha laughing, which is what all Buddhas do. We laugh.
Buddhist Mask
This is a greenware mask that is in the process right now of being fired into bisque. I think I will use stain and not glaze for this one.
Face
This mask was my version of a wind/forest God. The leaves, which are hard to see have been carved and there is a mix of matte and high gloss glaze. I used wax to have the glaze "crawl" around the leaves.
Evolution
This piece was an assignment from Gerry my instructor to create a mask about the primordial Universe. So this is a face with different animal parts but the parts making a whole; A Hawk's nose, 2 fish swimming for an eye, a cat's eye and ear, a shark's gill, and man's tongue and mouth. Voila, all one in the Universe.

Sniffin' and lookin'
What's this? That is his Mantra. Everything is new to this little guy. From the big fat seals to the ocean to crabs, seaweed, rocks, birds, waves, other pups...it's the bomb.
Surfin' Dude
Buster loves the beach and has really started to dig into the water. By the end of our walks, he is filthy, wet and so so happy!

Beach Boy
Is this not a doll baby??? He is giving the model look. Avid sunbather, you can always find The Buster Man wherever the sunny side of the street is, just like his mama.
Beach Bed Baby
This is our bedroom, full of light. I am up by seven and the first thing I do is roll over and look at that Pacific. Mr. Buster is co-chillin', free- rent-calm, lovin' the Sun.

LA Art
LA is full of art and free, passionate thinkers. It's essence is the idea of America. How strange that the rest of the world has an impression that it is a shallow, heartless place! Irony! Art is everywhere here and along side, the artists who shape what we see. This is a mural under a freeway underpass. I definitely related. Viva LA!

Malibu Beach Condo
Luck is the residue of good design.
Or
God helps those who help themselves.
Or
Luck is another word for friggin' hard work.
After searching for MONTHS, we finally found home. We signed a lease on a Malibu pad overlooking the ocean. Here is a photo of the condos themselves from the beach.

Steps
We are steps from the beach...Mr.Cute Stuff will definitely get his exercise. Diggin', and chasing fly balls, catching frisbees. And we can take Buster out too.
Trinket
Kev found a something buried in the sand. Being born in the 70's and seeing the Brady's demise in Hawaii, we threw it back.
